While I was trying to burn you – with them matches and lighters, you kept rising from the ashes like a Phoenix, becoming a better version of the old you.

The pain and flames I made you go through made you a stronger person.
Lost every hold I ever had on you soon as you realized your worth, your worth cannot be determined by any man – not even the church, nor the mosque.

But one thing remains; the scar has run deep into your heart.
Now you’ve built a wall around it (something like the great wall of China) cause you don’t know who is fake no more and who isn’t and it hurts knowing that I caused this.

But Girl please remember, you’re a Phoenix.
