26 Mar How to be SINGLE 101(Blog Series) Episode 1-No Misleading

Yo!what’s happening beautiful people?.
In kicking off our new blog site,I decided to do something a little more interesting and what could that possibly be than giving you something spicy/intriguing about the most raved about relationship status-Single. I mean Single living in its actual form,not the one you have a boyfriend or girlfriend and still claiming the single life o. SINGLE.

Okay,so basically,I would be talking to few of my friends and colleagues about this particular topic and they’ll tell me about what it takes to be single,how to act,dress,talk,walk,and of course live single. I’m here for this series,just so I could bring diversity in answers and make it entirely broad for every one.
Giving us a hand on our first episode on “How to be Single” is my friend Uzo Okoro,a beautiful and hardworking young lady(wouldn’t want ya’ll to go stalk her so not handle right now). When I asked her the question-How do you think one can be single? The first thing she said was Misleading,hence the episode title.
 
NO MISLEADING
Firstly this is one of the mistakes single people make. Don’t forget that you’re single,not committing,not involved seriously with anyone else but yourself. So don’t go talking to someone and giving mixed signals,this is one of the reasons we’re not liked for and I’m unsure which gender does this more. Now at this point,I have to tell you however that flirting is one thing while misleading is another(We’ll talk about this is on another episode).
Misleading are actions or words that make someone else think that you may want to go further in your friendship/relationship with them. Sometimes Misleading is done in the most sincere way of all which was why I mentioned flirting earlier,but its sincerity shouldn’t be an excuse either. Drawing the line for yourself and knowing that it shouldn’t be crossed is vital especially when single.
Don’t talk to someone for so long,for days,hours and give them all that you know that they want from you without stating that you do not want it at all,from them most especially when it isn’t your intent. Trying not to mislead someone else involves knowing what you want for yourself in the first place before deciding what and where your relationship with someone should lead to;basically having a clear stance.

So how to be single 101-Don’t mislead anybody(I mean nobody likes it when their single life is consumed by so much drama),so avoid,avoid,avoid.
